1.为什么要催评

还是回到亚马逊评价的事情上。现在已经是机器开始检测不正常review的时代,想上个好评,除非有过硬的资源,要不然不管是新品还是老品都很困难。

然后,能够正常给你好评的买家已经少之又少了,系统还要删删删。

这种时候,还能坐以待毙吗?不过话说回来,谁敢拿自己的账号去试险,好评没找来,别人反而给你上差评这么办?

但是始终有人想去争取一下,发现催好评还真的有搞,好处就是只要基数大了,不怕来不了好评,而且,这种真实的评价平时很可能少有上评价,这样就稳定,不易掉。更棒的是,提前发邮件有助于减少自然差评,提前化解客户问题。

需要特别注意的是,发催评邮件,是会真的招来某些差评,那么如何避雷,往下看——

2.催评内容注意事项

A.用词礼貌规范,避雷这种很直接,比如review,feedback等;

B.邮件标题,不要直接打上xxx request,这样生硬又直接的方式会让买家不愿点开,那么之后的一切都没意义了;

C.切勿长篇大论,见单问候后直入主题会更顺应当地人的思维习惯;

D.内容要有价值,比如发的时候可以顺便引申你产品的其他用处;

E.每天都可以换不同产品去测试发送,可以大概确定什么时候邮件反馈最好

F.不要0折扣送买家产品要好评,亚马逊可以追踪。

3.催评流程

第一封:当你或者亚马逊刚发完货,告诉客户货已发走,跟踪号,大概多少天能收到,后面如果有任何问题,可以联系你们之类的;

第二封:在妥投的2-3天内,询问产品使用满意度,如果满意麻烦他留下好评。如果有任何问题,请直接联系你们;

第三封:在第二封后有任何问题都及时尽责处理。如无反应,就暂时先不要骚扰别人了,否则可能适得其反;

第四封:在客户留下feedback后及时在底下留言回复,并给客户发邮件请他帮忙留个review什么的;

当然,要评价不是直接review来review去,一定要注意措辞,即使不是用站内信,用其他邮箱找买家也一定要谨慎,保不准买家被搞烦了一封你找他索评的截图邮件就发亚马逊投诉去了,注意啦。
